Effective January 1, 2012 the City of Pasadena will require a written disclosure of the city’s No Smoking Ordinance on all sales, leases and rentals in buildings with 2 or more units. The City of Pasadena has just released the disclosure form and other important documents for property owners, providers and managers regarding the no-smoking ordinance in all multi-family buildings.
As of January 1, 2012 disclosure is required at all such properties. The complete list of important documents from the City include:
