Name Your Selling Price

When deciding to sell your home, you will need to answer several important questions, as I say, the When, How, Where, and How Much of selling.

When should I sell? Is this a good time? Is it a good time for me?

How should I structure the sale? What are the best circumstances of a transaction for me?

Where will I go if I sell? What are my options?

How much will I get? What is my home worth?

When you have answered all of these questions, you may have just created your “dream scenario” – if you found the right buyer at the right time and at the right price, you’d be happy to sell! But how to you accomplish the “dream scenario”?

It’s my skill to get the right buyer at the right time at the right price. I have a brand new tool that allows you to review your home and your neighborhood and then tell me what price you would accept if the right buyer came along. Once I have this info. I share it with over 100 resources, and start looking for your perfect buyer.

The most important question is often, “what is the best possible selling price for my house?”  Setting a fair asking price as perceived by real estate agents and buyers will create the most interest and property showings. You will need to take into account the condition of your home, the comparable home sales closest to your house, and of course the market conditions in your area.

You could consider getting an appraisal to establish a realistic value, or I can give you a detailed analysis and recommendation.  Ultimately, however, a sale can only happen when there is a willing buyer and a willing seller who can agree on terms. There is ANOTHER OPTION, assuming you may only want to sell IF you can get YOUR PRICE!  You set your price and we see if we can find a potential buyer interested at that price!
